"Our seven-foot-tall Chanterell Plunging Basin, at home in the Heronswood Nursery vegetable garden. When not in use for washing their produce, it doubles as a fountain."

  1. Heronswood is looking wonderful, isn't it? They're doing a superb job on the renovations. Peter and I came early yesterday for the sale, and wanted to visit a couple of other nurseries in the area, so we didn't go into the garden. Thanks for sharing your photos of it, now I know what I missed.

  7. Beautiful! I love the moss-covered rocks. And that hedge! I wonder how much work it takes to create something like that. So striking and unusual!

  13. That's quite a garden! I love that wall type thing, with holes, and vines growing over it. Do you ever have garden tours at your own garden?

  14. It does my heart good to see Heronswood looking so beautiful again. When I strolled through the garden after the first spring sale after the tribe had bought it, I was very sad to see how much it had been let go. Thanks for this lovely glimpse of this special place rising beautifully from the ashes!
