Off I go skiing to Oregon since we haven't had a single snowflake this winter.
Don't lose me, I'll be back soon!

  1. Hi Tatyana~~ I hope you have [or had] a lovely trip. My son snow boards on Mt. Hood. He's hoping for more snow since it was icy last time he went. Hopefully where ever you're skiing has fresh powder.

Fly art. Now this is a new one on me! Very creative. I think my favorites are the first one, horseback riding and the two sunbathers.

  2. Dear Tatyana, I am not really sure that I like any but I do find them totally intriguing and certainly very original. As to the artist, I am afraid I have no idea.

    Happy Valentine's Day to you.

  6. Dear Tatyana, I had to ask myself after laughing out loud... What sort of life can a person have to devote such thought and time to flies... and they must have a good supply! A most positive approach to dealing with flies... I must admit. Now just how did the creator get them to cooperate!!? LOL! I will never look at a dead fly the same way again. A clever idea and spoof for you to let us know you are flying off to play! Have a wonderful ski getaway! ;>))

  9. I was not sure if I should post this fly art. But it made me laugh, and I thought that some of you might need a good laugh too. I got these pics from a friend via e-mail. It said: What To Do When You Are Bored At Work.
Anyway, I apologize if this art hurts someone's feelings!

  13. LOL! How funny. Where do people come up with this stuff. Are they genius, moron, or bored to tears. I think #4 got me laughing the most. Of course it would. ;-)
Have a wonderful ski trip and a great weekend!

  15. At first I thought you had done this yourself, and I was going to tell you you needed to find something to do in your garden since you had so much time to play with flies! Whoever did this is very creative, as you are. I'm glad, however, that you are going skiing and not playing with flies. Have fun!

  16. It made me laugh, too Tatyana, when a friend forwarded them to me. Although, trying to imagine touching them make me cringe!

  17. The pictures made me laugh, too, although I can't really claim they made me fonder of flies. Have a great ski trip!

  22. #7, but I'm not going to put it on my wall. Did you go to Mt. Hood? We had a perfect view of it out the kitchen window when I was growing up, living in Lake Oswego, OR.
