Spring Blooms In My Garden

These are some of the spring blooms in my garden, zone 7b, state of Washington.

From left to right: Oxalis (pink), Vinka minor, Solomon Seal, Euphorbia 'Ruby Glow', Corydalis 'Berry Exciting', Tulips 'Cassini', Trillium kurabayashii 'Giant Red', Bluebells, Labrador Violet, Forget-Me-Not, Native Bleeding Heart (Dicentra formosa),  Primula kisoana, Lewisia hybrid, Trillium grandiflorum 'Eastern White', Native Plant (Unknown to me), Anemone, Pansies Mix, Pansie.
I am especially glad to see the second blooms on my trilliums. Both of them are relatively new additions to the little shade garden and had only one bloom each last year.
 Trillium grandiflorum 'Eastern White'

The tag of this trillium says 'Trillium kurabayshii Giant Red'.
I love the markings on its leaves!

  5. So many blooms! What a dream. I love those Trilliums. I've wanted those for my garden for a while now. Since they like shade, they should do well here.
    Bye,

  7. I really love the extra height you get out of your tulips with your beautiful pots. I wish ours would overwinter here, so I could do the same. Might have to experiment next year...

Spring causes lots & lots of flowers to bloom and the best part - most of your blooms are gloriously blue!
