  3. So love poochie smelling the poppies. Your hydrangeas are exquisite ... setting beautifully on the crystal & silver. I hope my newbies of this year will look that good next year. I also bought a pink one.

    Have a beautiful holiday ~

  4. Gorgeous! All of my hydrangeas have faded now, the brilliant blue but a memory. Sigh. Your hydrangea/ crystal combination is simply elegant.

  6. Absolutely gorgeous! I panted three hydrangeas this spring, (called Hortensia here), but they didn't bloom. I'm hoping for next year...

  7. Gorgeous blue! They do sell this variety in my zone 5 but it does not always do well.

  8. Gorgeous, Tatyana! I love the beautiful shade of blue--here our soil is alkaline, so my "blue" blooms always turn out pink:)

  9. Oh that beautiful blue! Hydrangeas here are pink, not enough acid in the soil. Beautiful Tatyana!

  10. Does any flower match the blue-ness of hydrangeas? I don't think so. Fabulous photos, Tatyana! Makes me think I should go pick a few myself.

Really fantastic color on your hydrangea.
    Love it!

The snail looks like the Spanish killer snail that wreaks havoc in my mohter's garden in Sweden.

  17. Thank you everyone! I am glad these flowers bring good feelings! Answering some questions: I don't add anything in the soil. Our soil is acidic.

  19. That is so beautiful I think it could classify as the picture of the month! Lovely blue...just takes your breath away. And the way you have arranged them is so complementary.

  20. Simply beautiful! I love the shots of the Japanese garden as well. The central walkway is especially nice with the mix of rounded pebbles and larger stone pavers.
